What does a landscape design include?
A Northridge Landscaping design starts on site. We measure the yard, note where the sun falls through the day, check drainage and test the soil, then talk through how you use the space. The plan shows beds, lawn, walkways, patios, lighting and irrigation zones, with a plant list chosen for Zone 8a and 8b heat and Blackland Prairie clay.
You get a drawn plan and an itemized quote. Build it all at once or in phases, front yard this spring and backyard in the fall. The design fee is credited back when our crew installs the project.

How long until a new landscape looks finished?
Shrubs and perennials fill in over one to two growing seasons, and trees take a few years to give real shade. Water new plantings more often for the first eight weeks, then step back to the regular twice-weekly schedule. We check new installs at 30 days and replace anything that has not taken.
